I think people confuse the cute and simplified style this artist universally uses for the characters specifically being intended as young. And yeah, I can kinda see how you might think that after one quick glance at a single pic like this. But look at all their stuff, and it's a style thing. A very, very consistent style that just overlaps with youthful physical characteristics. They're not intended as kids as far as I can tell, they're adults in a cute style. Or simply a super vague totally indeterminate age at most.
