They have not. The closest thing to it is in Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog, where Blaze asks Tails (I think) to say hello to Cream for her.

Outside of Rush and Generations, they don’t interact much anymore. But I think that’s mainly due to Sega not using the characters at all since then. Not even in the IDW comics (where they are way more present) they don’t interact much.
