I haven't watched that personally but I know what it is about.
This refers to "using" the helix fossil on all the pokemon in the team, knowing fully well it won't do anything. Repeatedly.
Because people apparently love the fossil.

the helix is the first item in the bag,
so when the game accidentally clicks into the bag it would a a a a and try to use the helix,
resulting in a that's not the time to use that item.
