MemberDid some investigation scaling up the smaller one. Used all four scalim methods, "None", "Linear", "Cubic", and "Sinc".
None of the upscales looked like this one, at least when up close.
Unless someone has developed more sophisticated upscale software, in which case I would like to talk to them.
