Those prosthetics do look like something I’ve seen, or I guess some types of foot prosthetics look like that but it also reminds me some prosthetics I’ve seen some robots or aliens in some desert planets in some Star Wars stuffs (not just talking about Tatoonie!)

I've been roughly inspired by this shape of prosthetics for the legs:

Not particularly because of the running aspect, but more because it clearly resembles the shape of animals' legs !

As for the arms, I've been inspired by this sketch sheet:

I found the flat part quite interesting silhouette-wise, so I went with it ! ;3

Looks like she might have some lower arm movement issues. How are the prosthetics powered.
