Ahhh, I don't know whether it's my imagination or what, but life is so complex (Especially if we're talking hybrid furry stuff, multiple species with multiple geno/phenotypes, all in the human mold) that I can't say that there aren't always exceptions to the norm...and I've been loving this story for quite a while...I've only got a cursory knowledge of Bonobo apes via Joe Rogan guests (LOL) but it seems to work for them...using sexual release to diffuse tension (If only modern human life weren't so vain and repressed, and Monique's history just makes me want to love her more, though trauma is a fickle thing)...and as a bonus, modern life has ways to prevent pregnancy until the individuals are ready...not even to get into gene editing and other cutting-edge technologies...

I'm a bit of a philosophy nerd, and now that I think about it...that would be super interesting...maybe some chit-chat about what love and circumstance is...I feel so bad for Monique (But also Amon and Kyra, as they've had their own emotional issues)...an honest accounting would be cathartic, even if they don't end up being a triple, Atro can always expand the story to other relationships...

I don't know about this one, all. I'd rather this situation end with the both of them just calling it a night and maintaining boundaries, at least for the time being. I feel like there's something missing between panels 3 and 4. How did 'get Amon stability' end up with Monique sitting on the counter? Shouldn't Amon be sitting since that's the more stable position?

You're not thinking like a drunk, there's no rational thought atm. Amon was already standing and Monique wanted to give Amon something to brace against and first thing she sees is the counter. Then Amon stumbles forward, pinning Monique to it.

I wasn't expecting the sauce to hit him so hard, so now I can see this going one way. Not so much reckless sexual desire but more Monique holding Amon's hair while he's doubled over the sink.

I still think about this page. This is really well written. Monique asks what this is, and Amon gives (what I feel) is a very well thought out line. "It doesn't have to be anything. Just us." And I love that form of emotional connection. It isn't sex. It isn't anything. It's just them, and that's what this entire chapter is. Just them. Going through most likely one of the hardest times of their life. And despite everything. It's still just them. Both understanding their feelings together. Just like it was before Amon met Kyra, and for almost Amon's entire life. Just them.

Anyways, I care wayyy too much about furry porn comic.
