It'd be AO (meaning "Adults Only") by the ESRB, and you can't find AO games in ordinary retail game stores, so, as amazing as it'd be to have something like this in game, I think it may be for the best that it isn't.

Turns out the Charizard had a "naughty" nature.

This actually is very very nicely animated, kudos to the artist for this definitely. Reminds me a lot of Egoraptor's style.

My take on that is that he simply doesn't care for non-scalies. He's not saying that all pokemon should have scales, he's saying that he wants the games to be full of just the scaly ones.

im going to go ahead and say you dont know what a scalie is. a scalie is the name for an anthro reptile, instead of saying anthro snake they say Scalie snake.

That is a nonsensical thing, because there's buttloads of feral scalies (see myself, even though I refrain from using any self descriptive terms, such as scalie, furry and whatever else there is). You cannot use scalie as a synonym for anthro, because it isn't one.

Additionally you might want to use the Scalie tag to look for a few pictures and find enlightenment, all tagged anthro + scalie when on two legs.

I already posted a comment on the original Flash version of this masterpiece but, since it is a masterpiece and all, it deserves a comment here too.

Fuckin' adore this animation and probably always will, considering I've revisited it so many times over the years. It's simply amazing in every way.
