Just looking at him makes me eepy.

My review of this character? Alright, this character is pretty damn terrifying if you sit there and think about. He's somebody that uses a gas to forcibly put somebody to sleep, that also gives somebody very horrifying nightmares, and another thing is he watches you sleep. The disturbing cherry on top of the horrifying ice cream. His Monster form is so terrifying looking, that it just looks off. The monster version of other toys were them, but just scary, heck even bigger body Dogday looks like a Dogday suit, but Monster Catnap looks like a real cat. A malnourished one to at that.
If you think that was terrifying enough, just look at how he looks under the effects of the Poppy Gas.
