Necroposum has a unique ability called Thanatosis. Whenever it uses the move Play Dead, Thanatosis will change its typing to Normal/ghost. Necroposum will be completely immobile and its fur pattern will change to resemble its skeleton. It also lets out a horrible stench to deter predators. When the predators leave it be, it will return to its normal self.
