In Pokémon Red/Green/Blue, Bill the Pokemanic (the one with the PC) accidentally turned himself into a Clefairy.

In yellow, isn't it something else, like a Nidoran? Or am I mixing game and anime or misremembering it? Maybe it was a ratatta? Been so long I forgot what the answer was.

It varies between the source; the games had Clefairy and Nidorino, manags had Rattata and Nidoran(M).
