Speaking from having been married almost 16 years and the fires still burning hot right up to the end. Snuggling is great but sleep snuggles are overrated because you get overheated really quickly. Sleeping with your feet and legs against each other on the other hand is fantastic. Didn't realize how much that was a thing until about a week after her funeral and I woke up one morning 90 degrees from where I started because my legs were creeping across the bed looking to come to rest against a pair of legs no longer there. Eventually had to build a line of pillows to stop it.
