Technically a cuntboy. Kind of hard to portray really as a feral... But that's what the character is. ^^; So he'd sound male and look male, which I thought Candyfoxy did a good job on portraying, just having female parts instead of male... So the last one was right.

Ah I see, there was no tags for cuntboy and it looked like a male in the last one because of the "sir" from eevee, i just thought it was a mistake. cuntboy or not, doesn't bother me. :)

Meh, Was looking up the tagging on this, because it is a feral. So to people who don't know better, it is a female. But looking at the definition of a cuntboy, and what I see here. I'm still not sure if cuntboy tag works or not. Going to add it anyway, since that's what it is, and by the artist's other works, it is able to be seen as a masculine character, instead of feminine. ^^; Anyway, sorry about the confusion there.
Tagging what I see- I see a female. And I think people looking for female, feral Umbreon art would be looking for this. It is, for all appearances, a female Umbreon.
However, I also left the cuntboy tag based on secondary evidence listed by Level.
damn, a feral cuntboy o.o that's a first. most people would just agree that its a female but eevee did call "him" "sir" last page, and the tags are making me smile, so I support this :3

I would like to see more eeveelution cuntboys, would make some pic very interesting.
Huh. is that eevee experiencing the effect of toxic umbreon sweat? a lot of people don't seem to allude to the fact that that's a thing that happens with umbreons, but then again the exact pokedex entry is
When agitated, this Pokémon protects itself by spraying poisonous sweat from its pores.
so it's ambiguous as to whether:
umbreon sweat is always poisonous, and is sprayed when agitated
umbreon sprays poisonous sweat when agitated, and otherwise has normal sweat, or does not sweat
... either way, "poisonous" is probably not the word they were going for, as "poisonous" in practical use generally means it causes harm on a chemical level specifically when ingested, "venomous" means it causes chemical harm when injected through a bite, sting, et cetera, and "toxic" refers to something organically produced that causes chemical harm in general, but in practical use is best used when something is toxic, but neither poisonous or venomous. (eg: a monarch butterfly is poisonous, a viper is venomous, and a poison dart frog's secretions are toxic)
If that pokedex entry was meant to say what it says, basically the ONLY thing it means is that eating out a stressed-out umbreon is a big "no-no" ... just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who goes around licking pokemon for fun #no_judgement.
While I'm spewing arcane trivia, did you know that jolteon's electricity is produced by bipolar disorder?
A sensitive Pokémon that easily becomes sad or angry. Every time its mood changes, it charges power.
well ... now you do! Anywho, I'm loving this comic ... even if it does make assumptions about the nature of umbreon sweat.

Just above eevee's nose you can see the slit of the pussy (might be the clit, can't really make it out because of the angle) but no, it's a cuntboy. We had that conversation at the top of the comments.

RuBoo likes this compromise between the official Tag What You See policy and the artist's intentions.
What is this based off of? The only identifying feture shown in the text and image is the fact that it has a vagina and this defaults it to female.
Granted, it is hard to pull across masculine versus feminine with ferals, especially just through an image or text. Though the character was designed to be a masculine feral, with female bits instead of male ones, making him a cuntboy. As far as supporting evidence besides my word as the commissioner, is the artist herself stating the fact in the source, and in the previous picture, the eevee calling him sir, instead of ma'am, or a gender neutral title. As stated, it is rather hard to pull off masculine and feminine on ferals, but looking at the rest of the artist's work, she has little details for separating the two, not that anyone unfamiliar with her work would know this though. ^^; Hopefully this helps answer your question though.

I mean it makes sense that it is one, especially with the source taken into account
but this site uses a tag what you see system, and you can't use source material as gender unless it's some widely known character with a set gender in where it's from like Krystal or Fox
