This is the Pokemon world. Technically, Umbreon is slightly shorter than Butterfree, but almost a foot taller than Raichu. I'm willing to give artists a pass for consistency.

Look man, Butterfree is a big fucking bug. Pokemon battle sprites have no scale, mainly because well, Wailord. There are some really tiny pokemon too though.
