I actually figured out how to get it:
Set the clock to 3, click the butterfly symbol twice and then the II, if done right the II will turn red, then finish the picture upside down and enjoy the hidden panel!

Okay did all that. I set the clock, clicked the butterfly twice, and then the II. I've turned the picture upside down as well. Is it supposed do something or is there a certain way of doing it?

When I mouse over the butterfly, and the II, it doesn't show the hand, and yes I set the clock to 3.

You wont see a hand but still click
the order of setting the clock and the II doesnt matter

These animation are really good, but they could be improved immensely just by adding some simple blinking animation.

first off don't be an ass, we ALL make mistakes.
Second, I didn't know those frames where clickable, the last one I saw of this was just animated I assumed it was similer just at a diffrent speed or something.

ok I dont get whats different I got the II to glow and set the clock but it just goes back to the start

I spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out, when apparently I was one the "secret frame" the whole time.

Such a secret if it did it automatically. Or am i still being stupid.
