Here are my two theories as to why this has so many Downvotes

1: This is tagged as "Weight Gain" even though Nicole is thin, which would make people with that fetish feel scammed

2: Some people, for some reason, did not like that the artist tried to cause pity in order to attract more money.

There is also the fact that they did something very similar last year involving Stolas with it being having wisdom teeth problems as the reason.

I think the issue is just that these kind of things are effectively just whoring for engagement, and most people aren't really fond of it.

Now it's not the only drive thing we have on e6, and afaik most others aren't that downvoted generally, but that's because they make up for it with peak-level art...

And to that you add the fact that Weight Gain is just a niche kink, too niche to save it from the people not into it.
