it depends, he was in mario kart tour for afew years but people seen the game as a gotcha game so they drop the game before it could grow and stayed on mario kart 8 deluxe. mario kart 8 deluxe started adding dlc so now he is playable but i’m still a yoshi main with yoshi bike and red slick tires that’s what feels optimal for me. i think so far the character i dint like handling wise was wild wiggler since to me his turning felt looser/heavier but that’s the only character i avoid choosing in the dlc so far.
