The closest thing I can think of is maybe highleg_bikini, but that doesn't seem to be a super popular tag here unfortunately. Not even a lot of furry results on Gelbooru either despite the highleg_bikini tag overall having a ton more images there.

Thanks for the respond, didn't know this tag before. But what I mean is the two pieces (the outer panty-like swimsuit and the inner highleg_bikini) combined have it's own tag?

If you are talking about the bikini bottom or panties being highleg while wearing shorts or a skirt or a different pair of legwear then you may be referring to whale_tail, which is pretty common among gyaru characters.
