I haven't checked recently, what's the Armor Class rating of black electrical tape? I can see it having a high maximum dex bonus, and if you're up against lightning elementals you'll be laughing. Although I imagine the time required for equipping and removing it is long as hell, and just as painful.

It was suppossed to be one long broad cloth piece instead of a bunch of little ones -.- i have no idea why its shiny I tried to explain this to the artist but he obviously didnt understand.

It has a high resist against shock damage, but is vulnerable to fire.
