No, because recessive and dominant genes are randomized. It's actually one of the reasons we have two sexes is that it helped accelerate the variety of variation a gene pool.

This also ignores that Rarity's 64 counterpart is not a clone, since his DNA would need a Y chromosome, assuming he is a gentically XY male.

So no, it would be closer to offspring brought on by incest.
