Whygena's art was indeed under CDNP until recently, here's the most recent version of the Avoid Posting List that had them under CDNP. However, the current version of the list doesn't list them, and the implication of whygena -> conditional_DNP was recently deleted by the head admin.

Oh okay. So does this mean we can post some of Whygena's older artworks on e621? Or does this violate the uploading guidelines? I'm just wondering

I just asked in the official Discord server, it should be fine ONLY IF the artwork was not previously uploaded and deleted. If it was deleted under the previous CDNP or via a takedown from Whygena, that has to be handled by the artist.

Just to be safe, I'd stick with only uploading new works to the site, where you can be relatively certain that they weren't previously posted and deleted.
