FUN FACT: Cats can have a condition know as "dead sleep" where their sleep is so deep they require a lot of disturbance to wake. This happens often in young kittens where you can even pick them up and toss them (hopefully on a soft bed) and they still wouldn't wake up.

So the video is actually not far from reality insofar as how cats sleep. Don't know about the fellatio tho...I would guess that doing that to a cat in real life would probably wake the cat and probably end with a few bite marks where you don't want them...
