April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.
Please, help us get the word out by letting others know about this issue.

MemberRead up to chapter 13 in the comic these characters are from.
(Spoilers ahead if you care) It's depressing how useless she is in a fight. Like, seriously.
Every fight the wolf chick gets it either ends up more as comic relief or she loses terribly in some way. Her backstory is even that she's a failure of an assassin, tanking a curse that would have killed her by accident.
And it seems like despite it looking like she tries to be independent, she just resigns herself to fall into someone else's arms for support.
Then there's the bit where Keith literally knocked her around and took stabs at her, legitimitely going in for the kill, but some how ends up making her finally move in for a kiss.
He did try to kill himself right before that, but he could have just as easily done that without putting a dagger at her throat. Just seems foolish.
Foolish like most things she does, truth be. Always falling down, having her secret figured out by people, never being able to wholly follow through with what she plans in her head.
Worst part imo was when that Basitin general guy flexed off the throwing knives, funny as it was.
Buuuuut, admittedly, I'm of a mind more for the grim dark and war torn works of fiction. Granted, there is a bit of battle and bloodshed in the story, just not enough to satisfy me.
