the other person is being absorbed and turned into the others cock, that is absorption vore. the fact they are being absorbed by another regardless of what they turn into is absorption vore.
the reason i add cock vore is simply cause the absorption happens via the cock.

Okay, yes, it's absorption vore, I can't argue against that, but it's not cock vore. There is a big difference between turning into a penis directly and going down a penis. The description for the cv tag mentions exactly what was brought up in an earlier comment. If that isn't enough to convince anybody that they aren't the same you can go to the tags' posts to get an idea of their common themes. I hope this clears up the difference.
