I had to Google "stochastic processes".
To the college-uneducated, it's fancy math, looking at random numbers and figuring out how they relate.
Definitely requires knowledge of Calculus and other discrete mathematics, so Walter definitely passed Sophomore, maybe Junior level undergraduate.
