I accidently deleted the translation and it's poorly written so I can't really understand it. The third word of the third line looks like "напевать".

Hi, I uh- tried to make the translation a bit clearer, by replacing Komrade, welcoming, and wor with Comrade, welcome, and war. edit: (yes this is from 10 years ago)

Finally, after 14 years someone (me) realized what is the last word in third line. Still have no idea what "ПРЕЯТВУ ИТЕ" is supposed to mean.
