Here we see Equustra with her markings neglected by a lazy pencil dabbler, spread out and bound, having just received her cargo via the cold kiss of the delivery tube against her little unicorn pucker.
A big snakey worm of some kind... probably several feet in length and a couple inches thick, deposited in her belly where it will soon attach itself and begin to feed.
She feels so dirty... because even though she hates herself for it, she enjoyed the feel of it entering her, inch by inch... sliming its way into her through the backdoor... making her into a host, a slave... a vessel. She gets hot just thinking about it nesting inside her, using her... She can feel it, and it makes her vulva twitch. It will live in her for a year or more until it matures, then it will re-emerge... probably painfully, given its size will double over that time from feeding off her body like the parasite it is.
