Sadly yes. This seems to be some old art of hers.

All of these recent Avari posts are taken from her Twitter account and reposted on 4chan, and mostly reposted itself from boards like /g/ that don't allow WebM with audio.
The original post from January 14th, 2021 has fox noises of Finnegan Fox from the SaveAFox YouTube channel.
