While I do agree that both could be pregnant (how can't I when my belive is that both, along with the twins, became pregnant on book 1 - pg 84), I think Zoe is moreso looking at Keiko's belly, as her being pregnant is much more difficult. I say this because we have been told that, in universe, an offspring between a human and other species is rather difficult (book 1 - pg 23). Add that to the fact that in the comic's canon, Keiko has only been with Jim, her being pregnant would be near impossible, or to Zoe's knowledge should be impossible.

Don't exactly remember, but if that's the case she would have developed a flair for humans, hence this scene...
