I swear to god I heard someone singing 'Glory be, Hallelujah!" when I read this page. All I can say is that IT'S ABOUT TIME!

So far from what I can see, there has been no smex between Keith and Natani (Though folks were hinting on it really hard) but there has been INTENSE MAKING OUT XDDD
I think in this part of the story it would be really beneficial for Natani to meet a homosexual male. In her mind she is frustrated because she identifies herself as male and normally males like females, But the fact she has a female body, she thinks in a way her body controlling her to like other males rather than being her personal choice. If she met a male that liked other males maybe she would get the sense that It's ok :) and that she's just a gay male in a females body (｡◕‿‿◕｡)
Maybe we'll catch Mike and Evals doing some questionable things with out the aid of "Basitin black magic" ;3

You know, I have a sudden feeling she's going to 'accidentally' walk in on Mike and Evals doing EXACTLY THAT. In fact, they might even prove to be a little jealous of her, because unlike them, she actually has a chance of starting a GENETIC family with Keith.

Well technically they would not know to be jealous. They still believe Natani is male under the influence of "basitin black magic." Well Mike believes Nat is male but looks female, Evals wasn't there so he still thinks Nat is 100% male. Since Evals and Mike are having a drunken Keidran party in celebration of their freedom (and we all know how Keidran get when they're drunk -wink wink-) The possibility of some homoerotic situations may infact happen. You kno how Natani feels about people finding out her secret, She goes str8 to a homicidal mindset when others find out. Hell, if it wasn't for situations morally disarming her every time she would have killed Keith (didn't due to honor code, she respected him as a fighter, he knew how to keep a secret and eventually fell in love with him) massacred a basitin doctor (didn't cuz they work blind so secret not out) the Basitin King (knew how to keep a secret and couldn't cuz that would start a war the wolves do not need...and she would have gotten her ass kicked. Adelaide does not play no games) Mike and Evals (cuz the black basitin magic worked, mostly due to their status as ignorant slaves) mike again (but he is still ignorant) Kathrin (She understands natani, keeps her secret, and was making robes for her to help with her secret. Couldn't kill her)
unless Natani becomes comfortable with who she is (male in females body) then there will be tons blood shed that follow her secret (that will be ultimately be disarmed into harmless acts :P)

Hmm...this is true...although that might not necessarily be the case. It could be that she ends up revealing it herself in order to surmount an enemy that's using it against her. Caught between that and the enemy, she is thrown into a situation of powerlessness which she's never really been in before.

And I have to wonder if they're won't be other magical transformations of some sort. Like if Evals will find a way to change himself just to please Mike or something.

Technically speaking, even though she is female, she still can't. She is Keidran Keith is Basitin. They are two different races and two different species. Only in ULTRA rare cases like Raine's case do the races mix and even then its not perfect. We are still not 100% sure how Flora is pregnant but it doesn't mean the same will go for Natani and Keith. Besides Natani is more set for the emotional part of the relationship, not sexual. I don't think she has or wishes to have sex or indulge in sexual urges (aside from when she's in heat) From what I have seen she has been embarrassed but never really turned on by situations with males or females. The closest we have gotten with her on that is her awkward moments with Keith but that's not solid enough to firmly base sexual attraction. Natani even told Kat that she would never use her "functioning lady bits" so she is firm in the mindset of non-use. It's not confirmed but Natani maybe asexual (for now)
As for Flora's pregnancy, My guess is that the Deity Mask Neutral made it biologically so, to preserve a Keidran bloodline fearing and foreseeing the races inevitable destruction after the current humanxkeidran war. Again we do not know if this applied to all keidran, just flora, or if it's race specific; ie: only humans+keidran but not basitin.
We wont know until it happens but theories are always interesting to throw around :3

For the record if the Keidran do lose the war, I blame the wolves. I love wolves personally but its that wolf pride that they can take on everything and anything alone that will lead to the downfall of all keidran. Their over confidence will cause them to gravely underestimate the humans and lead to their defeat. Wolves have the most territory on the Twokinds map, If they royally fuck up, all of keidran kind will technically be defeated. The felines are backed up into a corner on the map between the mountains and a small opening. This makes for a great defense but with most of the world after you, it's pretty much a question of "how long will you last." Even the great Earth Kingdom Capitol of Ba Sing Se in Avatar: The Last Airbender fell after 1000 years of siege. By land they have a strong defense, but the humans have a navy. Since the felines have no form of navy (and according to the map no docks) this would be a HUGE exploitable weakness that the humans will use.
On land they could delay the inevitable, but on both land and sea they will be snuffed out quickly making their corner of defense their own coffin. Through this they will lose their territory as well as the fabled multi-race utopia Lyn'knoll, all because the wolves got cocky. :/

You do make several points. However...
There is the fact that Keith was going to marry Laura at one point. It's possible that the reason Basitians allow such a thing to happen is because the biology of Keidrans and Basitians are similar enough to create a chance of bearing children. It's never explicitly stated that Keidran's and Basitian's cannot breed, and I'm wondering if there are clues that might hint toward whether it's definite or not.

You also make another point about her sexuality and comfort WITH sex. Although, this is only at her current situation, and she made that comment about 'not using her lady bits' before she also found herself comfortable with the idea of being intimate with Keith.

And let's not forget the 'Mike/Evals' factor in this equation. It's OBVIOUS something is going on between the two of them, and unless I miss my guess, that something might actually give Natani a new position on that subject. I mean, when you look at it, it's possible she could see herself in a similar relationship as them, or one that is even enviable depending on your point of view.

Again, this is all speculation, but it is fun :3

Now, as for your view on the war:
I have to agree, the wolves overconfidence is the biggest weakness the keidrans have in the war. Of course, it's also possible Keith might use 'diplomacy' to get basitian help, but that depends on how things go and whether Natani and the rest of the wolf clans will be able to communicate saving any potential hiccups, especially ones named Trace Legacy, getting involved.

However, if they want to actually win, someone will most likely have to take the wolves down a peg or two in order to get them to listen, or at least not get themselves killed outright. And then that's not factoring in what Neutral might do. We cannot forget our demi-deity friend and his power to cause things to go down. Among other things.

Why is this tagged lagomorph? Basitins aren't lagomorphs and they aren't felines and they aren't a hybrid of the two basitins are their own species.
