The real term is "five finger discount", referring to the number of fingers on one hand.

I assume the same applies here. Four talons per... uh... foot... thing. Interesting fact, apparently there is no special name for bird's feet. The individual claws are what are referred to as talons though.

Why haven't they brought Gilda back in at least one episode! IT'd be so interesting T.T
