This week's fun animal fact: Dugongs and manatees look very similar, but there are a few criteria you can look out for to tell them apart. Dugongs have fluked tails, meaning they look more like a whale's tail, while a Manatee's tail is large, round, and paddle-shaped. While dugongs are strictly marine (saltwater) animals, manatees can be found in both freshwater and saltwater, but generally prefer calm waters, such as streams and bays. Dugongs and manatees are somewhat related, and both are believed to have come from land animals that make them more closely related to elephants than whales.

Bonus fact: Do you know that if you’re tall you will have a much higher chance to have cancer? Evolutionary biologist Leonard Nunny from academy of Califonia had make a conclude after 4 big experiment that test 23 different cancer, the results show that people who are taller than an average person will have higher chance to have cancer, this is not that hard to understand, As we know, our body is made up of countless cells, cancer occurs because some cells divide uncontrollably, so tall people = more cells right? Tall men are more likely to get skin cancer and if they are women, both skin cancer and Thyroid cancer

Weekly Fun Physics Fact™: Atoms are mostly empty space, which means that everything is also mostly empty space. The reason why you can't stick you hand through a table or a wall or another person is because of the movement of these particles. The particles vibrate and move so fast, that your hand (which is also made up of subatomic particles) cannot pass through. Think of the atoms like a fan. When you turn the fan on, you can't stick your hand in between the fan blades because of how fast they are moving. The more "excited" atoms are, the faster and more erratically they will vibrate and move.

There are 66 (if I’m not miscalculating) pages right now and we haven’t seen any oral even. Yeah, artists deserve to be paid for what they do.

Well, I doubt I gonna pay an artist only good at drawing porn for drawing everything else but not porn lol

The artist has explained that they're trying to pace the comic so that it has some degree of realism and isn't just rushed and done in a few pages; you don't have to pay them, but criticizing and going so far as to calling them a "grifter" just because you need more porn to beat it to is pretty lame.

You do realize he's drawing what he wants to, and pacing it however he seems appropriate?

There are a dime a dozen artists that draw exactly what you ask them to, if you pay enough.
Some even do it for free.

Don't forget that this was DURING the flaming the artist received. One part being the slow pace, and the other part being the "make it look like sex is about to happen and then nothing happens in the next page" thing. This happens three times. So, if you're a comic porn artist that's pulling that, then yea, you're gonna get a good degree of flaming. It's one thing that people that arent patreons are complaining, it's whatever. But when it comes to money, then yea, the situation becomes a lot more different.

Oh it would be an entirely different story. In fact, a whole lot of people would just skip to the sex scenes and ignore the story. Happens all the time. However, the artist releasing the comic all at one time would not be feasible both timewise and moneywise. You're just blowing your entire load only for it to be a flash in the pan, so the steady release of pages gives the artist far more mileage out of the comic.

And to add on to my previous point, the artist's explanation on how they intended the comic to be makes me raise an eyebrow. The artist said that they no PiV will be happening right away because they barely know each other. But things started getting lewd really fast around page 13. Not to mention that she also pulled down his boxers and put her mouth on his dick. Plus, I guarantee you they'll fuck the next day if not the night of. And if i'm correct, it takes well more of a day to really get to know a person. So this "don't wanna rush to sex" argument doesn't really stick.

Furthermore... asking people to be patient. There's three problems with that.

>>1) With the plot going so slow with a weekly upload schedule, people have ended up losing their patience around page 30. One problem a lot of artists have is this uncanny thought of people having infinite patience. Everyone has a limit on how long they can wait. And that limit is much smaller when money is involved. A very good art style and art quality will only carry you so far if you take too long to get to the main event. If people are paying to see the porn scenes early, and they're not seeing the porn (which is over a year now) they'll gonna be feel deceived.

>>2) The bait and switching. Doing that will not only piss off your readers, but will also burn out their patience off a lot faster and will kill the hype for the upcoming sex scene.

>>3) With the slow pace and bait and switching, patreons will end up feeling like the purpose of the story going so slow is not to make it a slow burn, but to string the keep the patreons hooked like a carrot on a stick and milked out of their money.

Want proof of this? Remember. The artist got flamed. And the statement that was released in response to the flaming.

Also, side note. I checked her patreon. Seems like she's gonna be releasing 5 pages a month instead of the usual 4 upon posting page 69.
