The artist is Max Blackrabbit. THe chracter is Vishki. I don't know WHERE you're getting this 'HR Player' shit from.

At the dottom of the pic it has the name self you have really look close at it there a © Hr Player left hand buttom side of the tail and on the right below the tail is BR voil is on the right hand buttom side of the tail.

You should see your eye doctor or clean off your screen, because you have to see that image as really fuzzy.
