most modding places don't even allow humans to have dicks. https://www.loverslab.com/forum/595-palworld/ is gonna be your best bet, I think. can't confirm how well any of those work.

Loverslab is the best resource for finding NSFW game mods. Nexus mods contains a lot aswell, but only as lewd as naked women textures/models. No dicks or lewd creatures on Nexus. There’s lots of guides for modding games to be NSFW available on the internet. Good luck!
