Well when you word it like some redneck it certainly comes off as less valid, but it's the reason nonetheless. Anything is possible in one's imagination. While I'd agree they're not exactly aesthetically pleasing, I'd assume the purpose the creator has in mind is additional stimulation for the receiving partner.
