It had already been a warm spring and with summer set to be warmer, with another warm day forecasted. The two expectant mothers, Lilith & Kimmie decided that it would be a good idea to take some of their kids out for a treat day, an ice cream parlor sounded like the best idea for the season. When they arrived, they were greeted by a friendly-familiar face, Milky. Whom Lilith & Kimmie knew previously from work. They had decided to open their own ice cream parlor with many tasty flavours.
Each child got their favourite flavour, Samantha a cup full of soft-serve and sprinkles, River a double scoop, in a waffle cone one of Mango and one of Bubblegum, Amanda a double scoop of chocolate and chocolate chip in a waffle cone.
Kimmie on the other hand, couldn't decide whether or not she wanted, cookies and cream with some caramel or a soft serve with chocolate sauce. It was so hard to decide. There were also strawberry, vanilla, mint, banana chocolate. So many good flavours!
Lilith chuckled and told Kimmie to get the first two options and she would take Strawberry and Vanilla for herself and she would share with the caracal cat.
Shortly everybody got what they wanted and were happy, Kimmie seemingly excited to get two lots of ice creams. Lilith paid and took her ice cream with thanks to Milky. The five of them took a seat at the park nearby. The mother's wanting to get off their feet due to their full tummies and the children set in with their treats, one or two of them getting a brain freeze for going too fast.
It was a lovely day to spend time with friends and family and enjoy the warmth of summer and the cool sweetness of frozen treats.
