I mean... logically maybe. But her almost accidentally getting Vix killed by her own hands was a result of hallucinations if I'm not mistaken? Basically not a result of her powers, but a result of something else entirely I think? (Been too long since I read the earlier chapters to be absolutely certain.)
But like in all fair honesty... Fen using her powers is something that will happen regardless of the past. and by technicality... We also don't know what Feretta has planned in terms of future events. (and likely that will remain that way for the forseeable future.) So... in that regards, one may consider it logical to not use something potentially dangerous but... at the same time there isn't an actual reason to not use it either if you can manage to learn how to control it properly like how Fen is.

I think Hadalen magic is a lot less unstable and unpredictable than you seem to be thinking. So far, based on what we've seen from trained users, it just seems to fizzle out when they loose focus, not go dangerously haywire like you seem to be implying it would.

[edit] Moving it up a bit so it's not overlapping the hill in the background would have helped, IMO, though that would also require shifting the speech bubble. There's room to tweak things to fit it all with that move of "howdy", but I suspect that Fer is like "eff it, I'm done with this page".

Something to consider is that Hadalen magis is literally in her blood. She is the direct child of the person who created it. There's almost zero chance she could ever fully suppress or 'just stop using it' like you suggest.
In this regard, she is much like a telekinetic. Their power is an intrinsic part of them, and trying to bury or ignore it will likely lead to more danger than learning how to focus and control it.

Additionally, learning to control Hadalen is the very specific purpose of the ?monestary?, where Fen current lives.

Shenanigans are fun too. I was curious to see that bunny get boned. Not complaining though.

Fenavi almost killed Vix not because of the Haleden magic, but due to the hallucinations created by an Artefact to protect itself. Sha took that Artefact and subdued(?) it, and it is now in the arm bracelet that Sha gave Fen.

Ah, but that's more or less what she did the first time she went nuclear - and murdered several of her own friends in the collateral damage, as the creature mentioned.

Then she ended up with numerous insane shenanigans because she didn't know what she was doing, before almost killing Vix, all because she wasn't experienced enough.

She *has* lost control. And then she's lost control because she didn't work to get better hard enough.

Now, she's adopted the safety through mastery model. Much better.

Fen's magic didn't fail or become unstable, it doesn't really work like that. Fen almost killed Vix because of two things: 1. Fen was fighting a monster that messed with her menially. 2. Vix should have kept her bloody distance.
There isn't really a risk to using magic, other than mistakes could be more severe than if using normal weapons. The nature/cause of mistakes would be the same magic or not.

Of course Amogus is in there.

Reading the page you linked plus the following pages made me realize again how amazing this comic is. The story is awesome and the art on every page looks breathtaking! Feretta, thank you so much for making this comic, I'm very excited to see how the story will continue.

Side thought to the person who commented that Fen shouldn't use her ability...a running theme in more than a few stories by different authors is that if you don't make use of your power and practice with it, you'll never learn to *control* it, and as a result, any time it does get loose it will run wild, hazardously.

I agree that her growing ability is a good thing and a sign of increased safety, not reduced. Besides, if we're talking about irresponsible use of power, I'd be much more worried about mis' having her use it to gangbang people on multiple occasions lol. That's way more likely to make you lose focus or control.
