News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

I think I'm starting to warm up to the comic, however there's still a whole boat load of unresolved feelings emotions and betrayals nick should have about everything. This should come to the surface and be addressed otherwise I don't feel this relationship is healthy for him as the cuck. And cucks have been abused left and right in these comics and in real life and it shouldn't be the norm.

Or we accept that it's been discussed onscreen multiple times and mentioned as having been discussed constantly offscreen as well over the course of the comic's lifetime, and not demand a pace and mood breaking chapter dedicated to verifying in paragraphs that, yes, Nick is happy and SSC hasn't been violated.

But then there'll still be people complaining Nick is being treated unfairly even though he has made it clear he's into it.

Yeah, people forget that individuals can opt into this dynamic and enjoy it. There's nothing wrong with them, or with the others in the dynamic, so long as everything is understood and consented to, and that they have a safe word / failsafe option.

Had Nick not consented, had he not enthusiastically participated with every step along the way, I might share the concern about him being abused. But it is so clearly not the case that there is no cause for concern.
