I'm guessing you are trying to save the download (since that is when I ran into the gray screen problem). The issue is basically that this saves a 1KB swf file rather than the ~5mb file. By inspecting the network traffic on the page, I found you can get the actual swf from www.shagbase.com/comic_folder. This will show a directory of files. The file you want is 2014-09-13-how-to-breed-your-dragon.swf near the very bottom. Just right click that and save and it should work fine.

I got the grey screen period. On the page and in the download and when i download and open from the desktop. I tried the link you gave me which worked but when i download it, it opens but is just blank, not even grey. No clue whats going on, and I'm usually good with this sort of stuff

Agreed on all points. I always hate it when the bottom doesn't get to cum; there's enough selfish tops in the real world without needing to extend it to fantasy.

I got it to work by downloading it here on this page and then opening it in Windows Media Player.

Zonk's level of quality is amazing! The only thing I'm still waiting for him to improve on are those transitions. At least speed them up or something, because right now the black screens are simply distracting.
His art and actual animation though is about as good as I can imagine it getting though, it's so near perfect!

Completely works! Thankyou very much for saving me what would probably have been half an hour of frustration trying to get this! Don't suppose you could help me out more and tell me why some animators do this? Embedding a Flash within a Flash that is. I don't see an upside to it.

I heard that google chrome had an update the disabled some flash players such as unity. Maybe that is the reason why these files are becoming corrupted. It's weird though, because it was just working last month...
