Someone's strung the poor lass up and left her there all alone... well, sort of. As alone as you can be on the main path of a public park. It's only a matter of time until somebody finds her... what they do with her though, that's up to them.
Until that time, she'll just have to lie there and make a mess of herself, thanks to a Hitachi with long-lasting batteries.
