MemberMust be the eyelashes (and possibly the pink hair color?). Typically toon females have a sort of eyeliner on them. But not to say males couldn't apply it themselves. Given we can't see the nether region of the one in question, it leaves it ambiguous to me.
I think a majority of people would assume male/female since it's a common scenario for male/female. Eh, maybe just leaving the tags lets more people see it.
