Why is there some super weird resampling going on?
Video is 24 FPS, but animation itself is much lower, sometimes frames are repeated like they should but with other parts frames are resampled together and at one part actually those resamples are in wrong order (so there's frames A and D, resample should add B and C in between but animation is A, C, B then D). Did the animator want to change animation speed somehow but managed to mess up quality in process?
