not really. that artists pics seem too bright and shiny compared to this.

darn rule34.paheal users and their inability to tag and add source links properly at all. for this pic they managed at least 2 tags but that's all. no source info or anything regarding the artist.

furthermore, the reverse image search links all show this page as the only result. -_- i know a couple other sites i can check but theres no guaranteeing i can find the artist or this pic on those either.

nope, not on sankakucomplex though i did find a pic that is of a vomit green color. why anyone would want to see this character in such an unpleasant color is beyond me.

i think the original source was https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/35396785. however it's been deleted since, so no idea who the artist is or if i'm even right

for posterity: i searched on yandex, which returned paheal and rule34xxx links. i clicked on the latter and used the saucenao link there [using saucenao directly doesn't work for me for whatever reason]. there it gave me the pixiv link which says it's been deleted. no other search engine worked.

it also says that the artist is "Lemon Smoothie" https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=6764695&type=illust. two problems: the artist's name doesn't match exactly and the artstyle is very different. not especially familiar with pixiv, so i'm not sure if you can change your name, but it's possible that their style just changed.

so one of two things, artist nuked everything or Lemon Smoothie deleted their old work and rebranded as Psycho Lemon.

sorry for the long post, finding sources is sort of fun for me. hope this is helpful somehow.

It's gotta be lemon smoothie, the posing is dead on and it looks like some of his older work.
