Could be part of that whole male dominated society and the fact buff women are... determined to say the least.

I like buff girls a lot,although since i'm scrawny and not buff(But still strong),Id never get with a strong gal.

I love a good buff girl. The issue is when they get too buff and their boobs look like Pecs.

I like muscle women and I will respect any strong nice lady if I ever know anyone that's near by me to hang out with.

Which makes it so much more awesome if they are actually sweethearts who just like being capable.

That's something I tend to see and wondered why; I just assumed it was to match the theme of "big" so big boobs would go with big muscles.
That or the breast size is the contributor to why the woman should get buff; "These breasts are killing my back, so I'll work out to handle them better and might as well work out the rest of the body while I'm at it."
But this reason of boobs over pecs is also nice.

Except that relisticly speaking you would need to have a breast dissorder in order to have those muscles, and those tits.
