    YEAH, BRO!

The art is always great in these Wolfy-Nail pics, but the dialogue kills it every time.

Dialogue is his weakness ... I just wish he'd be aware of it

Not only that, but also how males are almost always huge beefcakes. Would be nice to see some variation.

Huge and size difference is cool, but I agree that they are all muscle-bound. A huge, but friendly Saint Bernard breeding a small house cat with average boobs... *sigh*

I think at this point he is almost doing it on purpose.

C'mon, it's a commission. The commissioner(s) surely wanted the brotherly element to be represented in this picture. While I agree the dialogue is god awful, sometimes you guys have to remember:

the artist is just doing what he's been paid to do, not what YOU want him to do.

Wolfy...your super sexualized and over muscled proportions are ruining your art...

Isn't that a little harsh? Has supersexualization and over proportioned body parts really 'ruined' Gideon's art?

  • I don't understand why people complain about artistic and sexual choices made by artists. So what if his dialogue is not what you want to read and these "beef cakes" aren't what you're attracted to?

I like big breasts on girls, but I don't care too much for shemales/herms. You know what I do when I stumble upon art of a cute, busty girl with a dick? I sure don't run to the comments going "BOY I SURE WISH THIS ARTIST DREW LESS HERMS".

I leave. I close the image and find another that I like. Because that art is not for me. Its for those who like that kind of thing. And I don't go trying to change what artists do.

(The above dialogue isn't really my thing either, but I don't expect the art to change just because I don't care for it.)

I don't mind the oversexualization, I mean, that's pretty much the main reason why I'm here, as I'm sure is the case with most of you on this website. The constant over-muscular bodies of the males DOES get kind of old. Not saying I want a bunch of fat guys, but some average ones will do. Oh, and keep up with your variation with women too Wolfy! You're doing a great job with that!

Eh, in my eyes it's because people want to be heard. If everyone kept it all bottled up all the time we'd be crazier than we already are, y'know? :P

Besides, sometimes the critique is nice. I've had times when I draw similar themes OVER and OVER without even realizing it- the commentary helps break the monotony sometimes

My point is that WN's art is pretty good, and that having some variation in his pieces would be nice. I'm not asking him to stop drawing musclebound males.

Because the dialogue is bad, and we feel the need to say that it's bad in hopes that the artist write better dialogue, if he has to at all. That part is critique.

Gideon's "art" is terrible, there is barely any definition or shading, and the penises are completely smooth and vein-less. I want to see a dick, not a colorless, texture-less tube sock!
