How is it "Selling out" when the game is FREE TO PLAY? It's not a business because he is not selling a product. In fact he's not selling anything at all. Selling out would imply that someone is going against a principle in order to gain profit, which Zonkpunch is not. They are simply asking for donations and offering a token of gratitude for your generous support.

Don't feel too bad though, you are not the first to think this. Hundreds of people excuse hard-working artists like Zonkpunch and myself of 'selling out' because we're asking for a little bit of financial support so we can focus on creating content instead of worrying about how we're going to pay the rent this month.

I don't understand reasoning behind having loader to load file elsewhere. Yeah, you may get few extra bucks (huge emphasis on maybe) by giving it as tier extra, but also taking load from e621 and transferring it to your chosen server and making everyone sad if there's too much traffic or it gets taken down/moved.

Also every modern browser already knows where it downloads files. For example Chrome: F12 -> Network -> application/x-shockwave-flash which loads for longest.

I don't want to reupload full file seeing how this was uploaded by the author but it's super easy to get URL. (hint: it's at shagbase)

Also added some tags and made standalone pics as child posts. Also there's bug with audio and it resets effects volume every time you change scene.

If someone makes something they really really like to do and huge amount of people are liking that then what is the problem, especially when you don't actually have to pay anything yourself? but animnation. that's where I know the real skill kicks in. trying to make every scene move flawlessly like a wave. no jagged edges, smooth contours, making it so that it changes to the next scene with no noticeable flaws in the animation.
anyway. now that I've prattled.
i'll just get down to the obvious facts.
animation is an actual occupation.
Drawing is a hobby.
Artists shut your god damn mouths and fucking get over it. I'm not paying you $50 dollars just for a single picture. and I'm not paying five extra dollars for coloring, another 5 for shading, and another five to do a full body picture.

go ahead I've head them all. as for animators. you work harder than artists do. you work hard to make over a thousand frames. and make an animation about it.
the point is that animators actually deserve the money they work hard for. artists just have to draw one picture. the maximum amount of time for a draw a picture: 1 month
maximum time needed to finish an animation: 1 year.

The flash use(d) off-site loading. I guess the host went down or something, because this isn't the only Zonk animation that appears to no longer load.

And this is why you only use offsite loading flash files in pages with size restriction and not put it behind paywall.

Files are still available as they could easily be downloaded from that offsite loading. Should they now be uploaded here seeing as these are basically dead?
