Scynt is a girly, crossdressing male.

I get what you mean (the Tag What You See rule), but if there's no clear sign of breasts then I believe the dickgirl tag is out of the picture anyway. So it's entirely taggable as male + girly + crossdressing, which also happens to be the case outside of TWYS.
