The lighter grey of the penis is what is inside the female, the darker colour is the penis root outside her vagina. The shape of the penis doesn't look to bad and canine penises are very flexible behind the knot, so can bend backwards aswell as rotate/spin just over 180 degrees to allow for full dismounting motion so it all looks quite realistic to me.

1. Dogs have red dicks, being black makes that dick look diseased.

2.It's way too thin at the base it looks like it's weak and is going to stretch and snap off when the dog tries to pull out, afterward.
