Can confirm that this is an updated version. The commissioner stated in the original FA post that there was no headband and no white tailtip. The artist then updated the post (which is the image above) to match the commissioner's wishes.

This is the updated version of the image, after the artist updated it to fix a few minor things for the commissioner's character. So it's the one we keep.
