That "japanese text" is weird, it's just characters chosen for their superficial resemblance to English letters.

I do wonder what it actually translates into. Probably gibberish, but there might be an actual word in there somewhere.

I can't even read all of it because it's so stylized. Some characters don't even look like Japanese.

That first word though, ヤクミ (yakumi), means condiment. Lol

It says "The House of Water Rats", the characters are english stylized to look asian.
