Normally when tits are that big it's because the woman has a stomach that hangs low too. Also, if a woman's tits were that big with that body, her spine probably would have snapped by now if someone so much as accidentally bumped into her from behind.

I know a woman who have larger breasts than that and is fit (She does go to gyms to keep her back muscles as well as stomach and leg muscles balanced). And she is planning on reduction since it sometimes gives her problems.
